Data Sources for Market Reports

The market data displayed on this Site comes from publicly available sources:

• County public records: Parcel data, assessed values, and sales records from Wake, Durham, Orange, and Chatham County ArcGIS public endpoints
• Federal Reserve (FRED): Mortgage rates, economic indicators, and housing indices
• US Census Bureau: Demographic data from the American Community Survey

This data is publicly available and does not include any private or non-public personal information. Property owner names are intentionally excluded from all queries.

How We Share Your Information

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. We may share your information with:

• Service providers: Google (Analytics, OAuth authentication), our email service provider (for sending reports and notifications), and other technology vendors who assist in operating the Site
